Opening Your Shift

When you are logged into PracticeHub, you can see the state of your shift at the top right of your screen next to your active clinic's location. 

When it shows as a grey dot that means that your shift is "closed" and will need to open your shift to be able to process appointments and financials.

Click on the clinic name and you will be presented with the shift management menu.

Click "Open Shift" and you will see a notification that the shift has been successfully opened.  The grey dot will now be replaced with a green one to show your shift is open,

You can now process appointments & add invoices that will be attached to this particular shift.
